Shipping policy
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times are:

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on qualifying orders.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.
5. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already shipped, Peekmart is not responsible for lost packages or additional shipping charges.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to help locate your shipment, but we cannot guarantee carrier delivery times.
7. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- We will review your claim and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
8. International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
9. Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may not be available for shipment to some countries due to shipping carrier or legal restrictions.
